All the stages of the manufacturing process are controlled according to a system of procedures and a system of inspections and records, which ensure the defined level of quality in all operations. Fisher & Paykel Appliances Italy obtained the international certification to ISO 9001 Standard in September 1998.
Then, company achieved the certification to new edition of standard ISO 9001:2000 in November 2003.
We are now working to improvide our QS to the new ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Our internal quality assurance system was previously certified to the "CE" mark Requirements, from 1995 onwards.
