When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 3:30 PM from Saturday to Thursday will be delivered the 2-3 business days, while orders placed after 3:30 PM (and all-day Friday) will be delivered in 3-4 business days.

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you to schedule a day and time that is convenient for you.
If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.
If you are still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it will be returned to us. Call us on 00973 17400553 within two working days of the third attempt and we will schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.
Will I be charged for delivery?
Delivery is free on orders above BHD 20. If your total order value is less than BHD 20, you will be charged BHD 1.5 for delivery.
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
No, you won't be able to change it online. But you can ask for a change of address when our delivery partner calls you before delivering your order. If you choose to do that, though, remember that it may delay the delivery.
Can I book a preferred delivery time?
No, your order will be delivered in 2-3 business days if you have placed your order before 3.30 PM, Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed after 3.30 PM (and all day Friday) will be delivered in 3-4 business days.
Delivery usually occurs between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. If you are not available, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new date and time that is convenient for you.
Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If you would like us to deliver to multiple addresses, send your purchases as separate orders to different addresses. You can store multiple addresses in the My Account section.
Do you deliver to countries outside Bahrain?

Can someone else receive my order on my behalf?
Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order (for example, the receptionist at your office). To do so they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own (Identity Card).
I was unavailable each time your delivery partner tried to contact me. Can you ask them to call me again?

Do I need to show my ID when my order arrives?
Yes, please keep your valid Identity Card handy to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order.
Can I Pick up my order from your warehouse?

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
